Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive who thrives on ownership, action, and results. If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t wait for leads to land in your inbox, but instead goes out and finds the right accounts, connects with the right people, and closes high-quality deals, this role is for you!

As a Sales Executive, you’ll independently own the sales process right from identifying target accounts to converting prospects into customers. We are not looking for someone to build databases, we are looking for a go-getter who knows how to work smart, focus on what matters, and consistently hit or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identification of Target Accounts

· Research and identify potential accounts that align with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

· Use tools like LinkedIn, sales intelligence platforms, industry reports, and networking to spot high-potential accounts.

· Segment accounts based on industry, size, decision-makers, and opportunity potential.

2. Generating Qualified Leads from Target Accounts

· Leverage multiple outbound channels (cold emails, social outreach, cold calls, event networking, etc.) to initiate conversations.

· Qualify prospects through structured discovery — understanding their pain points, buying stage, and fit.

· Maintain a healthy self-sourced pipeline of warm leads who are decision-ready or decision-influencing.

3. Handling First-Level Meetings with Prospects

· Schedule and conduct intro/demo/discovery calls with prospects.

· Confidently present the company’s offerings, value proposition, and differentiation in a clear and compelling way.

· Ask the right questions to uncover prospect needs and qualify the opportunity for further engagement.

4. Preparing Tailored Proposals

· Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, marketing if needed) to craft custom proposals based on the prospect’s unique requirements.

· Translate needs into clear, benefit-oriented solutions — including pricing, scope, and timelines.

· Own the proposal process end-to-end, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.

5. Converting Prospects into Customers

· Manage objections, negotiations, and stakeholder concerns with professionalism and confidence.

· Follow up consistently and strategically to move opportunities through the pipeline.

· Close deals and ensure smooth handover to account management or onboarding teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing sales.

• Familiarity with A/B testing of email sequences and outreach templates.

• Understanding of sales funnels and nurturing workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)/BBA/MBA (with specialization in Sales & Marketing)

• Strong hunter mentality — you thrive in building your own pipeline and chasing down deals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to drive conversations with C-level stakeholders or key decision-makers.

• Highly driven, results-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-heavy environment.

• Proven experience in generating leads in US, Australian, and Middle East Markets.

• Ability to create technical content around the client’s products and services

• Ability to follow up regularly with prospects to get qualified meetings scheduled.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of the IT industry and products/services offered.
