Job Title: Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (B2B & B2C)

Location: Hyderabad

Reports to: Director Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager for Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C brands. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities for all our clients & Gravitas:

  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Content Strategy:
  • Develop and implement content strategies tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including social media posts, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos,etc.
  • SEO & SEM:
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Client Management:
  • Managing the requirements of clients and acting as a liaison between the client and the execution team to ensure the delivery of high quality service
  • Managing escalations and ensuring that client satisfaction is met at all times
  • Creation of all analytical reports and presenting to the clients along with provision of new strategies to ensure delivery of KPIs

  • Overseeing the team’s performance and ensuring high quality deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership ability
  • Creative thinking & problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
  • A knowledge of the IT industry and past experience with the same will be a plus.
